Provence, South of France

Alexandra & Max
Château de Robernier
Some love stories begin with a glance, others with a journey. For Alexandra, leaving her home in Poland and arriving in the timeless beauty of Oxford marked the start of both. She found herself enchanted not just by the city’s cobblestone streets and academic charm, but by Max—an English boy whose warmth and kindness would go on to define the next chapter of her life.
Their story unfolded as many great ones do: slowly, intentionally, and with a sense of destiny. After university, they moved together to London, building a life of shared ambition and quiet support. Their love deepened through the rhythm of everyday life, and when it came time to say “I do,” they knew exactly where their hearts led them—back to where they’d shared their very first holiday: Provence.

Set against the fairytale backdrop of Château de Robernier (@chateaurobernier), Alexandra and Max brought their dream wedding to life with the help of Sea Bride and Sun (@seabrideandsun), whose thoughtful planning ensured every detail reflected their personalities and vision. The château, with its sweeping vineyards and old-world elegance, became the stage for a celebration that felt both intimate and grand.
Alexandra stunned in the Fabiana gown by Galia Lahav (@galialahav), a masterpiece of hand-embroidered detail that she discovered at Brown’s Bride in London (@brownsbride). Light, intricate, and floral, it moved with grace through the Provençal breeze—perfectly suited for a summer celebration in the South of France. She paired the gown with romantic heels by Loeffler Randall (@loefflerrandall), while Max was every bit the classic gentleman in a Canali suit (@canali), Crockett & Jones shoes (@crockettandjones_official), and a timeless Lanvin bow tie (@lavin).

Their ceremony, officiated by My Cérémonie (@myceremonie_officiant), was a heartfelt and deeply personal moment, shared with their closest friends and family. The couple’s words rang true under the warm French sun, surrounded by lush floral installations designed by Stéphan Lohe (@stephan_lohe). The elegant stationery by Crème de Papier (@cremedepapier) and curated tableware from Joli Bazaar (@jolibazaar) added a refined yet organic touch to the day’s aesthetic.

As guests dined on exquisite cuisine by Fleur de Sel (@fleurdesel_traiteur), danced to the rhythms of Dr Glen at Wildfire DJs (@wildfire_djs) and the live energy of Troubadours Riviera (@troubadoursriviera), every detail felt intentional and full of meaning. Be Lounge (@be_lounge_official) provided the elegant furniture pieces that created inviting spaces for guests to mingle and relax throughout the evening, while Alexandra’s glowing look—thanks to makeup and hair artist Joana Ronquillo (@jm_honeyz)—carried her effortlessly from ceremony to celebration.
Reflecting on the experience, Alexandra shares a message for future brides:
“Prioritise what will make you feel genuinely happy and comfortable. Amidst all the decisions and expectations, remember this is your moment. Whether you choose something grand or something simple, make it yours. There is no rulebook—only what feels right to you.”
Alexandra and Max’s wedding was a reflection of their journey: full of heart, elegance, and soul. A celebration not just of love, but of two worlds coming together to create something timeless.
